1. Service Agreement

By purchasing a plan from NexALO, you agree to these terms of sale. Our services include eSIM plans, physical SIM cards, and associated data, voice, and SMS bundles.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of purchase
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice
• Promotional discounts are applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated

3. Plan Activation

eSIM plans are delivered digitally via QR code immediately after purchase. Physical SIM cards ship within 3-5 business days. Plans activate upon first use unless otherwise specified.

4. Usage & Fair Use

All plans are subject to our fair use policy. Excessive usage that affects network quality may result in speed throttling. Specific usage limits are detailed in each plan description.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

6. Liability

NexALO provides services “as is” and is not liable for network outages caused by third-party providers. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
