1. Money-Back Guarantee
NexALO offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all plans that have not been activated or used. If you change your mind within 7 days of purchase and haven't used any data, voice, or SMS services, you're eligible for a full refund.
2. Eligibility
- Full Refund: Unused and unactivated plans within 7 days of purchase
- Partial Refund: Considered on a case-by-case basis for plans with minimal usage
- No Refund: Plans that have been fully consumed or are past the 7-day window
3. How to Request a Refund
- Log into your NexALO dashboard
- Go to Orders and find the order you want to refund
- Click “Request Refund” and provide a reason
- Alternatively, contact [email protected] with your order number
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
5. Exceptions
Promotional or heavily discounted plans may have modified refund terms, which will be stated at the time of purchase.
